Solutions

- May be used not only for steel but also for stainless steel, inconel and vanadium, the harder the material is to cut, the more effective it is. There is no built-up edge. Rotation etc. is increased two or three times saving on running costs. (Perfect for the extrusion of helical pipes and plastic working).

Soluble

- A product placing emphasis on equipment maintenance while increasing the speed of cutting and improving the final surface precision. A highly functioning product adaptable to a variety of processes.

Emlsion

- Suitable for tapping and reaming operations as well as for extrusion from a press and other processes in conditions of high-temperature, high-pressure and high-load (eg. extrusion of stainless and titanium sheets or helical piping). As opposed to heavy cutting oil, this emulsion is a soluble product and cleaning is easy with hot or cold water, reducing costs.
