A word from our President

TOYO JYUNKATSU GIJYUTSU KENKYUUJYO and its forerunners have been researching and manufacturing industrial oils, particularly water soluble fluids for more than 50 years.
Our focus has been on researching and producing original water soluble fluids such as soluble cutting fluids for NC lathes and machining centers, soluble grinding fluids for grinding (whetstone) machines and soluble fluids for plastic working.
We aim to meet customers requirements through field application engineering.

In recent times, the market has been concerned with ecology and pollution issues. In addition, globalized competition has led to cost reductions and a demand for improved quality.
We manufacture soluble fluids which can be used for common steel or even difficult to cut materials such as stainless steel, titanium and vanadium. Our fluids reduce production (running) costs by increasing cutting speed two to three times. We are also responsive to the needs of equipment maintenance and offer our skills and knowhow to our customers.
