TOYOKATTO SUPER SE-1is a highly functioning, water soluble cutting fluid that has the most superior lubricity, extreme pressure performance and corrosion inhibition of the TOYO Lubrication product line-up.
It is the optimum for use with not only steel and other difficult to cut metals such as stainless steel and Inconel but also, non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, aluminium alloy and copper.
Also, simply by changing the dilution ratio, it is ideal for use when working with machining centers and NC lathes.

- With the inclusion of a corrosion inhibitor, products are protected from rust after being worked.

- SE-1 contributes to the smoothness of operations as it is a water soluble cutting fluid that does not obscure guide lines.

- The main weakness of water soluble cutting fluids is that microbes such as bacteria can proliferate. In summer this creates a foul odor that is very unpleasant. SE-1 includes a deterioration prevention component eliminating this problem.
Performance
SE-1 is a soluble fluid. The addition of compounds such as special fatty acid derivatives combine to make it a high-grade cutting fluid with enhanced lubricity and extreme pressure performance that is unmatched. It also includes a special anti-bacterial agent meaning it does not deteriorate. SE-1 also has superior anti-discoloration, lubricity and anti-friction properties. As well has having an excellent cooling effect and corrosion inhibition. It has a long-life and is environmentally friendly.
