Precaution
- Please read the safety data sheets carefully before using the products.
- Check and adhere to the correct dilution ratios in the product catalog.
- Our soluble cutting fluids should be diluted with tap water in the correct ratio for the purpose.
When doing so, the specified amount of cutting fluid should be mixed in a container with water before being poured into a tank. - When cutting fluid is running low, do not add only water but the diluted solution.
Only adding water will lead to the onset of rust. - We cannot take responsibility for problems that occur if the the product is not used in the specified ratio.
- Please use tap water. Avoid the use of industrial water or hard groundwater.
- Take care that the solution does not enter a non-waterproof electrical circuit.
- Avoid the use of filters with activated clay or carbon.
- Do not mix aqueous solutions of products with other products.
- A small water meter is useful for accurate volume measurements when using a large amount of water.
- When handling the fluids use protective gloves and a mask and avoid getting the solution on your skin or in your eyes or mouth.
- See a doctor immediately if the product gets in your eyes or mouth.
- Call a waste oil specialist to dispose of waste solution.
